Reporting Boutique: ivory-gem / Rebecca Davidson. When returning order 4556 as a store credit for the full amount getting an error. The refund amount on the card is .01 off- not sure if that is related or not but she was trying to refund as store credit NOT credit to card for the same amount.

When trying to process a refund on an order it is 1 penny off.

When returning multiple items on a single order the boutique is getting a return error. If you look at the refund as account credit it Is correct. But when looking at the refund to card it is .01 off not allowing to refund

this one is interesting, i wonder if this is happening to a lot of shops. I have a feeling that most of our refund issues are related to rounding errors.
