The dev team has come up with two possibilities of why this is occurring.
If you have an old post linked to the sku you want off of the product list, it will still show even though you delete the newer post. Be sure to delete all posts related to the product you do not want to show.
Another reason is you go live with SKU1, in that case the product will currently show in your product page as well.
Can you all confirm that it is or is not one or both of these issues, please? If not we can move forward with research, if so, does it make sense to keep the current functionality or work on changing a part of it?

Ben East: we always make sure to delete ALL posts for the SKUS in question. So that is not our issue.
We have this issue with items we use in live sales, but we delete the live video, and delete the live selection and “post” within CommentSold. And many of the products still show in he product list.

Hey everyone! I'm unable to reproduce this. I've tried adding/removing both normal product and products that were in live sales and they are taken out of my product list correctly. Do you notice a specific type of product/situation where this occurs? Any details and/or reproduction steps you can post here would be super helpful in getting this fixed!

Ben East: I just checked on mine. I had two items still showing from a live sale on 11/1. These items were created the day of the live, and never posted to group wall, or anywhere else. They have no size/color options, just the single item.
I deleted from the CS post tab on 11/1. Deleted the live video this evening, Products are still showing in the product list.
I can’t think of any other info specifically. I went ahead and deleted last weeks live items because For the life of me, I couldn’t get them out of the product list, even after deleting the video and removing from post tab. Lol.

Ben East: I just went and removed every item from my posts to clear out my entire product list. And they are all still there.
I only do live sales 99% of the time. It looks like all of mine in relation to live sections I create.

Taylor: I didn’t. They’re still stuck in the product list, UNLESS I delete the entire item (as if you were never going to carry it again).

Ben East: All of the items from our last sale is visible under "Shop Products" on the customer's check out page. These are products that are no longer on our Posts tab. And the products from our current sale is showing up underneath the old products. This occurs every time we post products and delete them when the sale is done. The only way I can get the products to stop showing up is if I zero out all the inventory quantities.

Ben East: It happened again last night.
I created several items/SKUs just for the live sale. Used them in the live. After the live, I removed them from the CS post tab, AND deleted the live video.
10 hours later and the items are still in my product list.
These were intended to be exclusively available in the live sale, so I gave up and deleted all of those specific SKUs just now.
I have a video of the items showing in my product list this morning if that helps any? I can also provide the SKUs and prices if needed.

I've had a few random items do this. But mostly its just items from lives sales that I can't remove from product list without completely deleting the product.
