Ben East: We 3 dot clicked and did SMS by a product. Scheduled it to go out at 7pm a couple weeks ago. The customer received the text 6 times in a row.

Ben East: it seemed like a one time issue. However we seemed to be charged the excess sms credit when it occurred. I think we have amount 200 folks and 600 sms credits were used on that single occurance.
