Reproduction Steps:
  1. A customer purchases a Gift Card product
  2. The shop admin returns and refunds the Gift Card product from the order
  3. Notice that the gift card can still be used (it's active) for that customer.

What's Expected:
When a gift card product is returned the consumer should no longer be able to use the gift card. To work around this shops are currently disabling the gift cards manually.
