We charge shipping fees for exchanges, but I don't charge when they have to send something back bc of a vendor issue. It would be nice to create a return label with the customer address as the sender so they can send the damaged item back to us. Thanks so much!

Have the ability to choose a custom package type like you do in https://commentsold.com/admin/setup/shipping-rates when creating a label from Orders > Orders > Create Label

In the meantime we have been adding the item to the customers cart and then adding a credit for the exact amount and instructing them to checkout and apply the credit. This way it goes into the shipping que and doesn't get forgotten too. Maybe it'll help you guys while we wait for this feature :)
