This was finished in last week's release train!
The customer can comment 'register' or even something like 'how do I register?' - and they will be sent a link to register!
This also works through Messenger if the customer messages you asking how to register!

Looking into implementation details of this, with the register command being the first one to implement

I would love for the word "Register" to take them to the exact spot where they can connect their facebook and create their customer account. This would save tons of time during our broadcast trying to direct people to register so they can claim items

Eric Kilcullen Thompson Toth would you guys imagine this just being a keyword tied to an auto-reply/message?
We do something like this for CommentSold now, where shoppers can say "available" or "is this still available?" and it will reply with what's left
In this case, you'd be able to define custom ones, right?
Thompson Toth
Brandon Kruse: Yes - But give option to either respond via PM and/or FB post. IE - Someone on live sale says "register" - an @customer Please go here is sent/responded to. Same on live sale says "refunds" - a PM to customer with link to refund policies - Somewhat like how a chatbot works, but more interfacing with split between FB posts and PM's.
Those are the only 2 use cases I can come up with at the moment..
Brandon Kruse
Thompson Toth: I like both of those cases, adding it into our list of auto-responses now!

Yaaasss!!!

Added Suggestion: Custom words and links - IE - "Returns" - go to return form/instructions..
