Today we are hoping to implement a change that will help in 2 ways: 1) we will display more accurate errors when we cannot retrieve a UPS label. Alerting you that the package is for a PO box, or that a street name is misspelled, I hope will narrow down the issue when a package really just isnt "eligible" for UPS. 2) In the event there is a failure trying to retrieve the UPS label, we are going to "call" for it again. This will be done silently, behind the scenes, no extra steps needed for you or your staff.

CTL - Emma Lou’s Boutique Flex Label Rate Options
Kacie Gilworth
Shop is using Flex Labels said UPS was not giving them rates initially, for Combined Orders: 591768-612928-616063. Saying the system said the UPS rate wasn't available, and saw USPS instead ($49.50). Then when they go back to repurchase the label directly with the UPS icon, they are able to see the UPS rate at a much cheaper cost ($15.86).
The shipping address is a 5 bed 3 bath multi family house, that seems to have been divided into apartment units. USPS is able to verify the different units, but UPS is not able pick up on the units when you verify on their website.
Trying to understand why UPS is able to pull up a label/rate when clicking on the UPS icon directly (especially when their website doesn’t seem to be able to verify the apt B)?
Seems like the UPS rate is not factored into the blue icon that is supposed to pick the best rate, due to the shipping address?

Issue: Shop has lowest cost selected for their label option but they are seeing with some package "a 3lb zone 5 package go USPS and I know UPS is cheaper there. There was also a 2lb zone 5" Shop has created UPS label options for packages they know ship cheaper that way as a temporary work around.
