Averymae reporting again on this - 9/29 Customer reporting it has gotten worse since the latest update- iOS and Android Reporting - most seem to be iOS. Adding names to Jira

Happens a lot to both IOS and Android...some people have even said it’s a red spinning circle not white. And it stays there the whole live.
