Facebook currently has a bug that is preventing CS from being able to cart for IG Stories and send replies back to the customer.

This issue is due to a certain permission allowing us to read IG story comment replies being revoked. The team believes they have a change that will re-instate this permission. We anticipate the process of submitting the change and getting the permission re-granted will take several days and we'll keep you updated along the way!
