CTL - Refunds not calculated correctly when shopper used store credits
complete
Ashley Martin
This shopper unfortunately experienced the bug where the app is checking people out before they are ready. She was going to sezzle this large order, but it ended up going through.
You can see in the screen shot that $1.96 of store credit was applied to the order
But when the shop refunded all the items, $1.96 was held back from each item.
Shop did NOT have on loyalty the night this order was placed, or the day this order was refunded
SHOPPER NAME: Amanda Mandy Galuski
Order id: 74176
Reproduction Steps
- Shopper used $1.96 store credit at check out
- Checked out without approval (related to this ticket https://commentsold.canny.io/admin/board/loop/p/ctl-since-the-recent-app-update-26-customers-are-stating-that-orders-are-being-c)
- Shop had to refund the items
- $1.96 was held from ALL items in the order that were refunded

Refund amount on an item was $36.33 - which doesn't add up when they paid $42.00 for the item and used $2.47 in store credit on the order. Paid via Stripe.

This is def a bug
We do not store the amount each item contributed to the total, but we can make sure to evenly distribute the store credit on the refund for individual items in a multi-item order
