Account Login Issue- Error "Something went wrong"

What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop is unable to login to their CS account and getting "Something went wrong error". This is the Newly created shop account.
What is the expected behavior? After entering the login credentials, shop would be able to login to their account.
What error messages are there? Something went wrong
Did you replicate?No
What settings were checked? Checked clearing cache cookies of their browser and still getting same error and on Laptop tried Chrome browser as well as the edge browser getting the same error message.
