Shop chatted in stating their PopClips no longer showed on the App on 1/17/25. This is for Apple and Android users. The shop has tried deleting, re-uploading, and uploading new clips, and none are showing. Popclip and product settings all seem to be correct. Support is replicating.

Shop is getting an error message, An error occurred while OTP verification.

Shop is getting error "we are unable to validate this coupon" when trying to apply BOGOFRIES Coupon. It is working fine when promotional blocks are turn off. Did some testing - replication requires to have items over $125 to trigger the in cart free gift offer then you accept that offer and go to the cart to checkout - when you try to add the code with the free gift in your cart, you get the error - this should still work (reference) so we'll need to get a ticket and jira on this as it appears broken

Orders are not syncing to square. They give the error "This order could not be exported". The address/phone/email are all correct and all products are Square products that have no dashes in the SKU and there is only one location being used.

Pulling both report 11 and report 12 for the same timeframe of 12/1 and 12/31 on the shop Libbys Boutique has missing order IDs for the same time frame on Report 11. The orders appear on Report 12 without issue.

Shop reporting some TikTok orders are getting printed twice. Shop filters and prints once just TikTok orders and once as First, Second, Third orders - some are getting printed in both.

Shop Swagger is seeing products added to scheduled sales not updating with the discounted price when they are added after the scheduled sale's initial creation. We deleted the sale and recreated it and those items are discounted fine-- just cannot add them after the fact.

Shop is unable to fetch out the charges made for the month of December 2024 under MY invoices>> shipping adjustments tab. Keeps loading

Sezzle created an order and charged the customer for it but it was never created on CommentSold side for the order.

Unable to upload Product Image in "New Product Page". It doesn't show any error while uploading the product image but it doesn't work.
