What is the shop or customer experiencing: The shop is trying to get the end of the year Inventory details but CSV comes up blank What is the expected behavior: The CSV file should have all the data so that shop will get the details. What error messages are there: No error messages only file don't have any data into it Did you replicate: Yes, I tried after shop permission and tried on different dates but still no data showing. What is the shop or customer experiencing? Previously product were synced from Square, then shop deleted those products from Square and they were removed from CS dashboard also. However, if we search the products in Mobile app. They are still visible in the thumbnails. Then if we click on the thumbnail of the product then only it's showing it's not available. What is the expected behavior? The deleted product which are already removed from CS product catalog should not be visible in the Mobile app even after searching. What error messages are there? No error message, just that it's showing the deleted products in the mobile app. Did you replicate? Replicated on the mobile app by downloading the app, searched products, multiple deleted products are still visible on app. What settings were checked? Checked if the products were originated only from Square, and confirmed with shop that they were from Square. Checked with Shop if they have deleted the products from Square : Shop confirmed they were deleted and automatically removed from CS once Square sycned the product catalog. Collection are failing to sort correctly when set to Publish Date Descending. The app is displaying older products from late 2025 and January 2026 at the top of the feed, while brand-new items published today (February 24, 2026) are not appearing in the expected positions.

The setting "Default Products to Unpublished" is enabled. What is the expected behavior? It should not publish the products in CS as the setting which effect this, is already enabled.
