Shop entered two inventory for a product and they sold five. It appears that a guest went to checkout, it timed out and then the system returned it to inventory several times.

Some customers are unable to preauthorize products. When they attempt to, they're getting an error that says: oops: someone broke the internet it's not you it's us.

Shop reported they are getting error while searching customer name or label reports and also unable to move to the next page. Rest, if the search box is empty, it's working fine. We can move to next page without getting any error but if there is anything in the search box such as customer name, single alphabet or number then only giving the data base error.

Shop is getting an error "The selected item is not in the product selection" occasionally when scanning products in the Classic Live Overview that exist in the product selection they've created. Verified that it's only some products. Verified that those barcodes scan fine and bring up the products in the products screen. Verified that they're in the selection and there are no blank variants. This is not an MSM shop.

Customers are not able to check out with more than 10 quantity of a single product. On Web: If a customer adds more than 9 quantity to their cart, the quantity resets to 0 at checkout. They are then forced to choose a new quantity, with a maximum of 9. On Mobile App: The add quantity button stops working after 10 items, so the customer cannot add any more. Expected Behavior: Customers should be able to check out with any quantity of items they add to their cart.Item quantity is limited to 9 on web and 10 on mobile app

According to First purchaser report under reporting tab showing 0 customer, while the orders tab indicates 5 or more customers who have made a first-time purchase.
