Unable to Delete the Square item in CS
What is the shop or customer experiencing? The shop is unable to delete Square-synced items from the CommentSold (CS) dashboard, even after the items have been deleted from Square. * When a shop deletes an item in Square and attempts to delete the same item in CS, the system gives following error: “There were no valid products to delete. Because all selected products are either Dropship items or Square synced products.” What is the expected behavior? Once an item is deleted from the source (Square), the sync restriction should lift (or be bypassable), allowing the shop to remove the same item from CS record. What error messages are there? There were no valid products to delete. Because all selected products are either Dropship items or Square synced products. Did you replicate? * Took Shops permission and tried to delete the same sku on our end and encountered the same error message. * SKU: Olive Boho Linen Pants FFC862 is the one example sku which is deleted in Square. * Requested the shop to share the Square "Deleted Item" logs from the shop to verify if the item is completely deleted or not. * Shop is on NPS What settings were checked? Products Tab; confirmed the items remain locked as "Square Synced."
