Items not syncing/updating from Shopify to CS Automatically
Support has received multiple shops stating items are not syncing over from Shopify, price updates, or photos. So far a full Re-sync has brought over those changes/products. Shop examples below.
Webstore: Guest Checkout Unable to Select Local Pickup
Black & Blush Boutique has reported that guest checkouts are unable to select "Local Pickup" in the webstore. Support tested and confirmed that a signed-in account is able to select Local Pickup, but a Guest checkout is not. Screenshots in internal note.
Live Video Snippets Not Matching What was Scanned
Shop is reporting that the live product snippets do not match the item that was scanned. Not all products have the incorrect video snippet though.

Winback code that should be expired is applying to the customer's cart.
Apple pay will not let you select local pickup
When selecting local pickup in apple pay when you choose the shipping option it will time out and then you are not able to choose in the CS side of the order.
Referral Code Used For Admin Orders
Shop came into support stating referral codes no longer worked for admin created orders. Support notified the shop that referral codes did not work for Admin orders, to which the shop stated that they used to. Order examples are 16158 and 21022. We believe the system allowed the referral code to be used on these orders, when the system should have blocked these orders from using the code.
TikTok API: Additional Attributes Required for Bodysuits and Lip Gloss
TikTok made an API update and is now requiring additional attributes for certain product categories. For example: Bodysuits require Clothing Length attribute Lip gloss requires Country of Origin attribute We have raised this to TikTok, since we do not support attributes beyond size and color at this time and this will block these products from syncing to TikTok.
Scheduled Post displaying as posted at time of finalizing scheduling
When the shop is scheduling an app post, the time that they finalize the post is showing up as when it was posted above the scheduled post time on their Product tab. This appears to be causing issues with TikTok since it's showing as posted for those purposes and is resulting in products being posted to their TT shop prematurely.
Scheduled Sale Not Discounting Products Added After Creation
Shop Swagger is seeing products added to scheduled sales not updating with the discounted price when they are added after the scheduled sale's initial creation. We deleted the sale and recreated it and those items are discounted fine-- just cannot add them after the fact.
