What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop has a question that if the order was not created via Pre-authorization and customer manually checkout for the order then how did they have received free shipping as shop has free shipping for pre-authorization only. What is the expected behavior? Expected behavior would be that the order has to have shipping charge on it. What error messages are there? No error message. Did you replicate? No What settings were checked? I checked the order, item, customer's account, free shipping settings, inventory logs and shop logs. Order did not have pre-authorized tag. Item did not have custom shipping, Customer's account do not have free shipping enabled ever. Free shipping settings are showing for pre-auths and hourly shipping window setup. Customer do not have orders, this is the first order. Inventory logs not showing log of pre-auth failed or expired. No log for checkout as well to prove it. Shop logs has no info anywhere for cart to checkout window which means it was not enabled ever. It has been shared by us to shop that the customer has created the order manually and it was not automatically created with the pre-authorization. Additionally, there was no log for pre-auth expire which was set to 60 days by shop. Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible. #64109
