Customers watching from iPads are not able to comment on live sales, and don't have the "Shop" button available in the bottom right to purchase live products from.

Shop's product are not syncing with TikTok it gives sync failure error, however, shop has as the required criteria to sync the product on TikTok

While selecting the Payment method PayPal and customers tried to checkout then getting PayPal token error. After updated the Token on Mobile app then the error occurs immediately. PayPal is working on Webstore but not app. Token generated multiple times but same error occurred - Incorrect accessToken Syntax

Scheduling FB Post isn't sending the notifications on app. Posted product is showing on the My feed tab however the notifications aren't shooting in app.

When entering a single day date range in the CS Payments tab under Reporting, the report pulls the wrong end date in the Balance Summary section. For example, when pulling for 3/14, the start date shows as 3/14 and the end date shows as 3/13.

Shop unable to move to Next Page or Page 2, 3 , 4 etc under Customer Profiles on CS Admin. This occurs on multiple iPad devices that shop owns and have been using Google Chrome.

Shop reporting previous Shop The Look posts are no longer showing in the mobile app. Confirmed they are linked correctly and were showing previously.

Shop wants to Hide Brand Style Number from packing slip but this option doesn't work. Tried replicating but seems it's broken.

Shops are seeing that the numbers on the "Products" tab, does not match what is on the "Edit Inventory" tab. (Edit Inventory is correct numbers). For example, the shop will show 1 under "Paid" but 0 under "Order On Shelf Count". We have also seen this issue with Quantity and Waitlist numbers.

The Strikethrough option for mobile app is not working however the prices and settings are setup correctly.
