• What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop not able to create labels, not able to return/refund orders. Whenever shop is clicking on create label, return/refund. It's just opening a new layout below the orders tab. • What is the expected behavior? It should allow and process the order normally, however it's not happening. When we click on create label, return/refund. It should open a new pop-up window or a new window to process that. • What error messages are there? No error message, just that it's not showing the original layout. It's showing a new layout in which buttons are not working and the new layout is opening below the order details section. • Did you replicate? Replicated on shop end, however same issue is happening. • What settings were checked? Went to Order tab of CS dashboard >> Then clicked on return/refund order not working >> Also create labels section not working. • Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible. Happening with all orders.

This shop doesn't have free shipping as an option set up but they still have a free shipping bar at checkout that says that the customer got free shipping. Customers are still charged shipping.

What is the shop or customer experiencing? Previously product were synced from Square, then shop deleted those products from Square and they were removed from CS dashboard also. However, if we search the products in Mobile app. They are still visible in the thumbnails. Then if we click on the thumbnail of the product then only it's showing it's not available. What is the expected behavior? The deleted product which are already removed from CS product catalog should not be visible in the Mobile app even after searching. What error messages are there? No error message, just that it's showing the deleted products in the mobile app. Did you replicate? Replicated on the mobile app by downloading the app, searched products, multiple deleted products are still visible on app. What settings were checked? Checked if the products were originated only from Square, and confirmed with shop that they were from Square. Checked with Shop if they have deleted the products from Square : Shop confirmed they were deleted and automatically removed from CS once Square sycned the product catalog. Checked when were the product deleted : Shop confirmed they were deleted around a month ago. Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible. What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop reported that they have added few dropship products and size variants automatically added to color section as it is and now they are unable to delete variants in color section and add 1 color name only. What is the expected behavior: If a shop will add an item to their products page, it brings over the sizes/colors provided by the supplier automatically. What error messages are there: NA Did you replicate: No, since this is a dropship item. However, Bethany tested in very u by adding a dropship item. What is the shop or customer experiencing? When the shop attempts to open the Orders/Fulfillment tab in their CS dashboard, the page completely fails to load and throws a "Something went wrong" error screen. Standard local troubleshooting (clearing cache/cookies, testing across multiple devices, and using Google Chrome) did not resolve the issue. This appears to be isolated to this specific shop's account. What is the expected behavior? The Orders/Fulfillment tab should load successfully and display the shop's active order data without throwing any backend errors. What error messages are there? "Something went wrong. I successfully replicated the exact crash and error message when navigating to the Orders/Fulfillment tab on this specific shop's account. I also verified that the Orders tab is loading perfectly fine for other shop accounts, confirming this is an isolated, account-specific issue. What settings were checked? Navigated directly to the Orders/Fulfillment tab on the affected shop. Cross-checked the exact same tab on other shop accounts to confirm the bug is isolated to this specific user's database/account rather than a system-wide outage.

What is the shop or customer experiencing? The shop noticed that tax is not being calculated or charged on orders containing a specific product when the customer selects "Local Pickup" or shipping at checkout. The order total summary shows $0.00 for tax, despite the shop having taxes configured for their state and a tax code properly assigned to the item. This issue appears to be isolated to one specific product and happening specially on local pickup ones. What is the expected behavior? When a customer selects "Local Pickup," the system should recognize the shop's physical location and automatically apply the tax rate to the taxable items in the cart, just as it would for a standard in-state shipping order. Also, in some of the shipping orders it's not charging taxes too. What error messages are there? N/A - There are no error messages. The system successfully processes the order but silently fails to add the tax amount to the final total. Did you replicate? Yes. I successfully replicated the behavior on my end. When adding this specific item to the cart and selecting the local pickup option and shipping option, the system does not calculate or charge any taxes. What settings were checked? * Checked the Orders/Fulfillment tab > Order Total Summary to confirm no tax was collected. Checked the customer's state versus the state where the shop's taxes are established in Avalara. Checked the specific product's settings to verify that a tax code is actively assigned to it. Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible: Product SKU: 99431 Affected Order Numbers: 82789, 82733 and all associated orders of product.

Error: This payment method (affirm) is not activated for the account specified in 'on_behalf_of". You can only create testmode affirm Paymentintents. The shop does NOT have Affirm as a setup gateway. Customers were attempting to checkout through the app, and were attempting to use coupon codes.

After uploading new inventory stock to an existing product by using the + button on the Product's details page, images that were already uploaded on the product disappeared from the Products tab and from the webstore search. The images however remained in the gallery and on the product's individual product page. A waitlist authorization that was placed automatically after the stock was added created an order without an image.

When attempting to disable Seel under Setup > More Integrations, the error message "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again." appears as a pop-up.

When you add products to a customer cart, 1. You can no longer access their customer profile from the admin end 2. That shopper can no longer access their cart to checkout on their end. They get a Something Went Wrong error.
