Barcodes Intermittently Not Printing Product Names

Barcodes will randomly not print product names. We had a report of this going on since last year, mainly for Paparazzi shops. Sparkle Seeds is reporting this issue still. Was able to verify length of product name and barcode size do not solve issue. Items with longer names print, and even tested item with larger barcode size (recommended) and still the issue did not resolve. Item name is Saguaro Garden - Blue.

Product name is not visible on certain products when printing barcodes. Followed troubleshooting guide with no success. Shop assigned new custom barcodes to products as well. Currently only two products are affected ( P5RE-PRXX-139XX and P5WH-PKXX-224XX )

Shop: Jessica's Paparazzi Addiction sku 235 does not show the product name. Only the sku. Other barcodes show name. Changing scale still does not show name, doesn't appear at all.
