What is the shop or customer experiencing?
Shop have enabled Descending order for published date for What's New collection but it is not working many new published products are not showing on top. However, several newly published products are not appearing at the top of the collection even though they were recently published and have been added to the collection.
What is the expected behavior?
New Products should show on top of the collection when filter applied as published by descending in sorting,
What error messages are there?
No Error Message.
Did you replicate?
Yes we tried to update it on descending and replicated on App and website but the some products are not visible there on top which are recently published.
What settings were checked?
Shop have selected Filter By Published and descending.
