Create label, Return/Refund button opening new layouts and not working

• What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- Shop not able to create labels, not able to return/refund orders. Whenever shop is clicking on create label, return/refund. It's just opening a new layout below the orders tab.
• What is the expected behavior?
- It should allow and process the order normally, however it's not happening. When we click on create label, return/refund. It should open a new pop-up window or a new window to process that.
• What error messages are there?
- No error message, just that it's not showing the original layout. It's showing a new layout in which buttons are not working and the new layout is opening below the order details section.
• Did you replicate?
- Replicated on shop end, however same issue is happening.
• What settings were checked?
- Went to Order tab of CS dashboard >> Then clicked on return/refund order not working >> Also create labels section not working.
• Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
- Happening with all orders.
