What is the shop or customer experiencing: The shop reported a payment-related issue affecting a customer. While the customer was able to complete their checkout using an alternative card, they are now receiving an error when trying to delete that card from their account.
Also, The customer tried adding the card through link and normal checkout without using link and still face the same error in both scenario.
What is the expected behavior: Customer should not receive any error or issue while adding or deleting a card.
What error messages are there: Could not remove card and Your selected payment method failed. Please try another payment method.
Did you replicate: Since it is related to payment, unable to replicate.
What settings were checked: Customer account and payment methods and gateway.
