Customer is able to add a deleted item to their cart from expired items section

What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop reported that delete item showing under customer's Expired Items section and customer is able to add an item back to their cart from their expired items.
What is the expected behavior: As per the HC deleted products will no longer be viewable in:
Customer lists (abandoned items, favorites, waitlists, expired items)
Customer carts
What error messages are there: No, error messages. Did you replicate: What settings were checked: Customer expired items section product details when it was added and when deleted.
