What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop do not want the customers to received notification for added to cart. We have asked to disable few things so that customers will not get notification, however, settings not working as designed.
What is the expected behavior? When the templates and notifications are disabled by shop for added to cart items, it should not sent notifications to customers, however, it is still sending it.
What error messages are there? No
Did you replicate? Yes, it is not working as designed
What settings were checked? Checked the templates for added to cart under Setup, Checked added to cart notification under Mobile App. Both are disabled and when added the item into cart, the pop-up in which send notification option is also unchecked. Customers are still getting the email.
