Downloading product video snippets results in "NULL" and not working

- What is the shop or customer experiencing? Download Issue: When attempting to download product Live Snippets, the Shop receives a downloaded file named "NULL" and not working, or clicking the download button does nothing/fails to initiate the download.
- What is the expected behavior? Clicking the download option on a live snippet should download the actual video file properly instead of generating a "NULL" file or failing to download.
- What error messages are there? NA
- Did you replicate? Yes. replicated the issue on my end, initially receiving the "NULL" error and subsequently verifying that the download failed to initiate for specified SKUs.
- What settings were checked? Snippet Download Functionality: Tested downloading product snippets across multiple SKUs
- Provide examples, SKU, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible : SKUs GC6000 & .FGR2
