Gift cards are not visible in Mobile app under the gift card collection. All gift cards in the collection are already published and posted to app. The gift cards are only visible when in mobile setting we are turning off the hide sold out products. When it is enabled no gift cards are visible under collection. However they are visible when we are searching them on app. In website they are working totally fine. This issue is in app only.

No error messages, just the gift cards are not visible.

Checked the gift cards are published and are in the correct gift card collection or not. Also checked by adding the gift card in another collection. Checked by turning off the hide sold out product in mobile app. When turning it off the gift cards are visible in the collection, and when turning it on, the gift cards are not visible in app.

In the webstore the hide sold out product is turned on, and still the gift cards are visible under the gift card collection.
