Some of the shops products are missing images on the edit product screen, even though they show images when you're looking through the catalog. The main issue is that because of this, if they go into the product and make another change, say on the description and save it, it's deleting all of the photos since nothing is there anymore.

From what we can tell, the image format of the ones that are missing when they go to edit the product are heic format, where as the ones that are there are jpg format.
