What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- The customer has received a WIN back coupon 887SAVE2 and the current customer account ID 519. The customer has received an old merged account coupon and the customer is unable to use the coupon now.
What is the expected behavior?
- The customer was not supposed to receive the win back coupon as the customer have already applied the coupon on the order ID:934
What error messages are there?
-This coupon code cannot be used by this account.
