Inventory calculation discrepancy

There is a inventory calculation discrepancy when an admin manually adds inventory to a variant that reached 0.
Specifically, on SKU10261112 (Variant: PUMPKIN), initial inventory was set to 4 units (Log #4043787). Three valid checkouts occurred (Logs #4044122, #4044124, #4044125), deducting inventory down to 1. The inventory then improperly dropped to 0 without an audit log entry or customer order, displaying as sold out / waitlisted to customers.
When the admin manually added +1 unit back to inventory (Log #4044135), the inventory system recorded the Start Inventory as 0 instead of 1 (Start: 0, Finish: 1). The manual addition failed to recognize or carry over the pre-existing balance before the untracked deduction, creating a permanent mismatch in audit logs.

Additional Details : System failed to create an inventory log entry for an unmapped inventory drop from 1 to 0, and subsequent admin quantity additions incorrectly reset starting inventory to 0 rather than capturing the correct historical inventory balance.
