What is the shop or customer experiencing?

The shop confirmed that whenever they are extending the cart timer for the customer account, the item vanishes from the cart and it takes some minutes to come back. It does not show up even after refreshing. And takes time to come back.

What is the expected behavior?

It should show the extended cart timer immediately and the product shouldn't disappear from the cart.

Checked the customer’s cart and shop’s cart expiration setting.
