What is the shop or customer experiencing? Customers are unable to complete checkout using the mobile app. When a customer selects any payment method and attempts to proceed with the payment, the app displays a blank white screen and does not load the next step. This issue is occurring on both iOS and Android apps. The website checkout is functioning correctly; the issue is isolated to the mobile app.
What is the expected behavior? The app should successfully load the payment processing or confirmation screen, allowing the customer to complete their order.
What error messages are there? None. The screen simply goes blank/white.
