What is the shop or customer experiencing: The merchant is unable to remove the file format type.MOV files from their product listings. When they attempt to delete these files, the system confirms the action is successful, but the media reappears on the product page as soon as the page is refreshed.

What is the expected behavior: When a shop deletes a media file and saves the changes, the file should be permanently removed from the product details page; it should no longer appear on the Product Edit page and product display image.

What error messages are there: The system displays a "Successful" notification after the save action, despite the deletion not actually being processed.

Did you replicate: After obtaining permission from the shop’s Super-Admin, I replicated the reported issue by following the shop’s steps. I navigated to the Product Tab in the CS dashboard, searched for SKU 150392, and attempted to remove the files via the Media > Images section by selecting "Delete" from the three-dot menu. Although the dashboard visually confirmed the deletion and the dashboard updated immediately, the change failed to persist; upon refreshing the page, the images reappeared.

What settings were checked: Product Tab > Product Edit Page.
