Boutique- Abela Customer Andrea Lemick - https://www.facebook.com/andrea.lemick -> Huge help trying to find this issue- She is on an iphone, we tried commenting on a browser, on the FB app, we checked her https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications- > Settings here to verify everything was good to go. Still not carting her products from the live sale. We tried multiple things.

It seems we do have a fix for this - FB has updated some privacy settings which did not allow these messages to go out for some people
Have your customer click the following link - https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
Go down to Apps, Websites and Games
Verify that this is turned ON. If not click edit and turn this feature on to ensure that items will be carted on CommentSol and that Messenger messages can be sent!

Random- Andrea- reported this 2 days ago. Tonight hers worked. Not sure if maybe some of the settings we changed took 24 hrs to reflect or coincidence.

I found an item I KNEW was 1. instock. 2. correct format 3. asked all 3 to comment on it- NONE got the claim link in messenger to click to claim the items
