However, when navigating through the standard steps, the option/toggle to schedule the collection on the app is missing entirely from their dashboard.

  • Did you replicate: Yes. Confirmed that the "Schedule Collection in App" option is absent on this merchant's dashboard. In contrast, the feature is visible, available, and working as expected on both our internal test store and another live benchmark store (DDP Boutique).
