What is the shop or customer experiencing? Orders processed through CommentSold are failing to automatically synchronize with Square. Shops are currently required to manually resync each order, which takes whole day and they want to stop it from recurring.
What is the expected behavior? Orders should automatically sync from CommentSold to Square upon successful processing without any manual intervention.
What error messages are there? No error message
Did you replicate? No.
What settings were checked? Checked the order sync requirement and confirmed from the shop whether they are meeting or not for order sync.
Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible. Example orders which are not synced #3081 & #3073.
