What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop is posting products from Products tab using the three dots on FB and IG. The products are posting on FB but not on Instagram and then they need to post it from the Posts tab manually to link it with CS. Products are also not showing image on IG when posting manually.

What error messages are there? There is no error message as it is successfully posting on FB and not IG.

Did you replicate? Yes, rep has tried to post on IG and was able to.

What settings were checked? Checked the settings under Social Setup where Post to Instagram on Autolink is enabled. Attaching screenshots.
