Shop's product videos aren't loading on mobile app. Products SKU: 1211101
Products video isn't loading it's keep buffering. So far shop has shared this product sku. This has never been an issue for the shop until today around 4pm.
We replicated on iOS app and it's showing the same on our end, it's happening for this product only.

This is the error I receive on the website. I’m pretty shocked no one has reached out with an update. Comment sold has not been the same since they sold it a few years ago. :(

Brisa Smith I agree! I emailed to see if there was any update and got no response. I tried to post on the VIP group to let everyone know to check their apps and hopefully get more up votes on this issue and they won't approve the post. It's so frustrating that they don't seem to care that their product isn't working.

Any idea on when this issue will be fixed? I have new arrivals that need to launch tonight and my customers highly depend on the fit videos I make them. This is a huge inconvenience. :(

To clarify, this is happening for ALL product videos that were uploaded on our end. Live clips work but fit videos uploaded by us do not load.
