Seeing that items that have no variants are requiring selection of a non-existant color to be clickable/cartable - was reproduce-able in sandbox shop. In the shop's case I added a placeholder color name of "As Photo". Karen was able to just remove inventory numbers and add back and it fixed the issue, but hers had a color name set beforehand.
