What is the shop or customer experiencing:
  • The shop is unable to go live on Facebook when attempting a Quick Live from their mobile phone using the CommentSold Admin App. While normal Facebook live streaming works directly using stream keys, initiating a Quick Live from the CS Admin App with their Facebook Page selected fails.
What is the expected behavior:
  • The shop should be able to successfully start and stream a Quick Live broadcast directly to their enabled Facebook Page ("Girly Thingz by Key") using the CommentSold Admin App without permission or target identity errors.
What error messages are there:
  • Something went wrong starting the live. Please try again.
Did you replicate:
  • N/A
What settings were checked:
  • Social Setup >> Facebook Page: Confirmed the page ("Girly Thingz by Key") is connected, enabled, and meets required setup criteria.
  • Facebook Account/Page Status: Verified no policy violations or restrictions exist on the Facebook side.
  • Admin Permissions: Tested with an alternative page admin (issue still persists).
  • Broadcast History: Checked recent live logs; noted past streams were split across three different linked pages ("Girly Thingz by Key", "I Am Girly Thingz", and "Beauty And The Boss"), including stream 10/24/2026 6:25:08 PM showing association with all three.
