What is the shop or customer experiencing? When shop is trying to import the CVS to update the Sale Price, while importing CSV it shows message as successful "0 out of 531 rows updated" however, the sale price is not getting updated.
The shop has previously imported this exact CSV successfully. They are now re-uploading the same file specifically to update the Sale Price column for all items in bulk which is not working and they have choose the override option while uploading CSV.
What is the expected behavior? The CSV should process and update the specified fields. Since the file format is correct and no syntax errors are present, the system should reflect 531 successful updates.
What error messages are there? successful "0 out of 531 rows updated
Did you replicate? Yes, we tried to replicate by importing the CSV on our test account and got same error message as successful "0 out of 531 rows updated"
*Tried to rename the CSV file but it did not work.
*Modified the "Description" field to trigger a data change and import the CSV (No effect).
*Confirmed the Shop is on the NPS platform.
*Verified that all columns and headers strictly adhere to NPS CSV formatting requirements.
*Also we tried to upload the CSV file in shop's account selecting override option (Not worked).
What settings were checked? we checked the CSV format and columns as per NPS
Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
