What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop has reported that multiple customers are encountering an error when attempting to complete their purchases using the Sezzle payment method at checkout.
What is the expected behavior? Customers should be able to select Sezzle, approve the payment seamlessly, and complete their checkout without encountering error
What error messages are there? Sorry, Your shopping cart has changed
while you were approving the payment You were not charged. Please re-try checkout.
Did you replicate? No, we are unable to replicate as when we select Sezzle as a payment method it asked us to confirm the phone number to continue
What settings were checked? We have checked customers accounts and see they already have the updated version of their app,
