What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop reported that Shop all buttons showing blank and no category or products.

What is the expected behavior: As per the shop configuration and product behavior. Since the categories are assigned for products and enabled. It should work and show under the shop all button.

What error messages are there: No error message.

Did you replicate: Yes, I have replicated by assigned category for a product.

What settings were checked: Website content >> Categories and status enabled. Also, checked website navigation to ensure added the Shop All button under navigation.
