Shop products quantities are showing incorrect, in products tab it shows different and if we open the product in quantity it's showing different.

I have replicated this under my sandbox, and seems like some how it's showing deleted variant quantities as well, I have tested to decrees the quantities of the deleted variants and it affect on the product page as well
