Shopify: Failed: Your Shopify account is connected but not synced.

Shop is trying to connect a new Shopify account to CommentSold. All old products are still displaying, and the new products are not syncing over. Re-sync was not able to fix this issue.

how was this resolved? I have just tried to connect a shopify to commentsold and I keep getting the error that it's connected but won't sync.

We have the same issue for 3 weeks. It’s affecting our lives and our quantity. It’s overselling! We have to connect it every 5 minutes.

loveizzy also had this issue. They have a Facebook shop, Instagram, and Pinterest synched to their Shopify. It keeps desynching after reconnect. Old items were still able to comment, cart, and the inventory # was updating on Shopify's end.
