What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- The shop's CommentSold dashboard is loading extremely slowly and experiencing severe latency when opening any tab, to the point where team members cannot click on anything. The shop has confirmed that 4 different team members are currently experiencing this exact issue. They also noted that they operate a secondary system for their storefront on the same network, which is running perfectly fine, so the latency appears isolated strictly to CommentSold.
What is the expected behavior?
- The CommentSold dashboard and its tabs should load quickly and efficiently without latency, allowing the team to navigate and click through the system seamlessly.
What error messages are there?
- N/A. There are no specific error codes or messages displaying; the system is simply experiencing severe lag and unresponsiveness.
Did you replicate?
- No. When testing from our end, the shop's dashboard and tabs are loading up perfectly fine without any latency.
What settings were checked?
- Browser Troubleshooting: The shop confirmed they cleared their cache and cookies, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome.
- Network Troubleshooting: The shop confirmed they switched to a completely different Wi-Fi source/internet feed.
- Device/User Scope: Confirmed the issue is persisting across different devices for 4 separate team members despite the local troubleshooting steps taken above.
