Square product images not showing on thumbnail

What is the shop or customer experiencing?

Square product syncing is not working properly with images as the images are automatically getting removed from the thumbnail. And shop have to get it updated again each time before going live.

What is the expected behavior?

It should be correctly synced and if the images are already updated it should not be disappearing.

What error messages are there? - NA

Did you replicate?

What settings were checked?

Product tab >> Opened and observed the thumbnail missing from Square products >> Found images in edit media section under products.
Already checked if the shop is meeting the requirement.
Shop confirmed they have not readded anything in Square.
Shop confirmed everything is right in Square and no changes were made.
Previously images were showing however after some time the images are getting removed automatically.

Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
