Shop reported one user named " Mobile App Customer" trolling on live and using Profanity, Shop stated it's been months that this issue is going on and they have blocked 5 accounts within 30 seconds, shop wants people should not be able to comment without an account and this is happening since August.

This is impacting Shop's live and also impacting live viewers.
