TikTok orders not syncing to Commentsold

What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- The shops are currently experiencing an issue where TikTok order details are not populating to our (CommentSold) dashboard. Shops are receiving Tiktok email regarding the TikTok orders and receiving orders in the TikTok dashboard.
- We have already proactively checked the integration settings for each of our individual shops, and the system indicates that the TikTok sync is active and properly connected. The issue started on 13th June, 2026 and so far three shops reported this issue.
What is the expected behavior?
- When the integration is functioning correctly, the expected behavior is that TikTok order should come to CS dashboard.
What error messages are there? - NA
Did you replicate?
- N/A: We are unable to reproduce this since our test shop isn't connected to TikTok.
What settings were checked?
- I have checked social Tab>> Tiktok, product tab and order tab.
- Also, checked that past orders are all syncing except from June 13th for all 3 shops.
Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
