What is the shop or customer experiencing? There is one particular product which is not syncing to TikTok. They even created new item to get it synced to TikTok.
What is the expected behavior? It should sync as they have completed all the details as per the guidelines from TIkTok
What error messages are there? No message.
Did you replicate? Yes, tried resync and it shows pending then Product Audit Failure, however, no reason for not syncing in Shop Logs.
What settings were checked? Checked their TikTok is connected, they completed all the requirements.
Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
