Unable to Clear Customer's Cart || Shopping Cart

Shop is trying to clearing the customer's cart on bulk from Shopping cart and getting an error message "Something went wrong".
Manually removing each item from the customer's cart is working fine however, customer has

items added in their cart. which is difficult to remove each and clearing in bulk from the Shopping Cart, it's throwing an error message. Error Message: "Something went wrong. Request ID: 62fbfeed-c23e-45c5-9654-563968e460d2 Error ID: fe5003dee7a04780a0b8d1437b7fb629"
