Unable to connect Ship Station and API keys invalid

Shop reaches and reported after generating multiple API keys still it shows error message "API keys are invalid", However, everything is showing correct in their ship station account.

Due to recent ShipStation changes, we've been seeing this come up a lot lately! 
In order to utilize an API (that's what lets CS exchange info with them!) ShipStation requires that you're on their gold plan.
To continue to use ShipStation with CS, these are the steps you'll need to take:
In ShipStation, update to the Gold plan
In CS, go to Setup > Fulfillment > Select "ShipStation" for your shipping label creation. Click the button to connect to Shipstation
If it still says your API keys are incorrect, you'll need to follow these steps to generate your new API keys after the plan change: https://help.commentsold.com/hc/en-us/articles/8123957323796-Ship-Using-ShipStation#h_01J0XEAMA6PM26EBJRY6XKCCVE
Once that's done, you'll be reconnected and you can manually sync any orders that happened while Shipstation was disconnected.
