Customers are getting a session expired error message, on Android and iPhones, when clicking a link from the FaceBook Page (or comment response).
Session expired. Please log in again.
For an Android phone, the customer can turn off the FaceBook mobile browser option and force their phone to use the external browser using the steps found here:
For Apple phones, the customer can click the three dots at the top right and choose "open in safari" to get out of the FaceBook browser, as a workaround.
