Unable to login after Superadmin email changed

Shop getting error "Either this account doesn't exist, or it is not eligible for this reset method. Please contact your administrator for assistance." after changing the SuperAdmin email address.

Where on we on this? I still can't log in at all, I have no access and a live show coming up on Sat.

The login page does not reappear in order to enter login code. Shop had been trying all day. Shop had cleared out cache, restarted and used different browsers. Tried resetting the password, but Shop is getting error and not able to login.
