What is the shop or customer experiencing?
  • The shop (which is currently using NPS) is unable to change the featured video on multiple products. When they go to the Products tab, open a product to edit, scroll down to the video section, select a new video as "featured," and hit the Save button in the top right corner, the change does not stick. Upon refreshing the page, the product completely reverts back to the previously set featured video.
What is the expected behavior?
  • When the shop selects a new featured video and clicks Save, the system should successfully update and retain the newly selected video as the featured video, even after the page is refreshed.
What error messages are there?
  • None. There are no error messages displayed; the system appears to process the save but silently fails to retain the updated video selection.
Did you replicate?
  • No, I was unable to replicate this internally. I tested this exact workflow on our test shop and the featured video updated perfectly without reverting. This issue appears to be isolated to the shop.
What settings were checked? *
  • Verified the shop is on NPS (New Product System).
  • Reviewed the shop's exact workflow: Products tab >> Edit product details >> Video section >> Select new featured video >> Click Save (top right) >> Refresh page.
